GENERAL TERM OF SALE:
1) The goods even if sold free destination travel at the buyer's risk & danger and will not cover by insurance only on written request by the buyer. The forwarding agency declines any responsability in case of loss, theft, total or partial destruction of the goods not insured or not sufficiently insured,whereas it remains on the Customer the obligation of the integral observance of the contract.
2) Eventual delays in deliveries, owing to unavoidable events, do not determine in any case, on the buyer's part, the right to cancel the order given.
3) For any claims it is agreed that the only competent is the Foro in Venice.
INSURANCE: as requested by sender this pack has been insured, by the Italian Post, for the amount indicated on the front space, against all direct damage to materials by transport with exclusion of damages due to delays or misguidande. In case of eventual damage it is obligatory that the sender, destinatory or third party presents to the service Postacelere the request for compensation together with:
1) The original copy of present document
2) documentation showing the nature of demage.
The sender accepts that the liquidation of eventual damages will be effected with a cover of 10% with a minimun of Euro 26,00. With the liquidation (or refusal of the company of the payment for the damages) means the loss for the client to any further request for compensation from the Italian Post Service. |
